Kriya Yoga is an ancient spiritual teaching brought down to humanity through Mahavatar Babaji and Matajis Annais conciousnesses. Kriya Yoga is a path to God and a way of life. After initiation into Kriya Yoga one can walk the path to become a Kriya Yoga master, and ultimately live in unity with God. Yoga means 'union with God'.
Within the teaching there is a Kriya yoga practice of specific Kriya asanas, mantras, pranayama and meditation to evolve spiritually and attain higher states of conciousnesses.
When I feel into the practise of Kriya Yoga I feel it to correct the flow of energy within the bodies, increase the energyflow, transform denser energies and clear the bodies. Clearing the nadis and shushumna nadi, balancing the chakras and stimulating the kundalini to rise up and connect to cosmos.
Babaji handed down 18 Kriya asanas to his disciple Yogiar and these were taught to my Guru and then me. I feel these 18 asanas to open up the body and its energycircuits to be able to anchor and hold more light and raise in conciosuness. They are most beneficial as a daily Sadhana, regularly practised that is.
The 22 positions of Kriya Yoga coming through Mataji Annais conciousness i feel is more feminine and especially beneficial for the female body. This Kriya Yoga is still for me to explore as this is new to the world in this time.
